These terms set out the rules for using Codraw, including your account, credits and subscriptions, who owns what you make, reviewing AI output, and acceptable use.
Last updated September 23, 2026Codraw generates charts, diagrams, images and animations from what you describe, optionally starting from a template in the pattern book. You may use Codraw only in compliance with these terms and applicable law.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for any activity under your account.
You retain ownership of the prompts, data and files you submit. As between you and us, you own the visuals Codraw generates for you, subject to these terms and to any rights third parties hold in material you supplied.
You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, transform, render, store and display your content and outputs so we can provide, secure and improve the service.
Pattern book templates, their instructions and their preview artwork belong to Codraw. You may use a template to make your own visuals, but you may not copy or redistribute the template catalogue itself.
Codraw uses AI models, and generated output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to output produced for other users. A chart can misstate a number, a diagram can mislabel a step, and an image can resemble existing work.
You are responsible for checking outputs before you publish or rely on them, including verifying figures and labels and making sure the final work respects applicable law and third-party rights.
Do not use Codraw to break the law, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, or generate content that is deceptive, harassing, sexually explicit involving minors, or intended to impersonate a real person or organization.
Generation spends credits at the rates shown on the pricing page. Free signup credits expire after the period stated there. Monthly plan credits do not roll over, and credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
Paid plans renew automatically for the billing period you chose until you cancel. Cancelling stops future renewals; your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. Payments are processed by our payment provider.
We may change prices, credit rates or plan contents going forward. Existing subscribers will receive notice where required.
Codraw relies on hosting, storage, authentication, payment, analytics, AI and rendering providers, and lets you sign in with Google or GitHub. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies.
Some features depend on provider availability, model behavior, rate limits or API changes outside our control.
We may update, suspend or discontinue parts of Codraw to improve the product, maintain security, comply with law, or respond to provider changes. We aim to avoid unnecessary disruption but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.
Codraw is provided as is and as available to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mango App Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill or business opportunities.
We may update these terms as Codraw changes. When we make material changes we will update this page and may give additional notice in the product or by email. Continuing to use Codraw after a change means you accept the updated terms.
