Codraw turns what you describe into finished charts, diagrams, images and animations. This policy explains what data we collect to do that, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Last updated September 23, 2026We collect information you provide when you create an account, describe a visual, pick a template or style, attach material to a conversation, contact us, or subscribe to a paid plan.
We use information to operate Codraw: to maintain your account, generate and store the visuals you ask for, meter and grant credits, process subscriptions, prevent abuse, keep the service reliable, and communicate with you about it.
We use aggregated and limited event data to understand sign-ups, feature adoption, template popularity, output quality and performance. We avoid intentionally sending prompt text, generated content, API keys or credentials as ordinary analytics event properties.
To produce a visual, the relevant prompt, conversation context, pasted data and template instructions are sent to the AI model and rendering providers needed to complete that request. Generated outputs are returned to Codraw and stored in your account.
Which providers handle a request depends on the kind of visual and our service configuration. Content sent to a provider is governed by that provider relationship and our configuration for the service.
Codraw uses PostHog for product analytics where enabled. We may record referral and campaign information, such as UTM parameters, referrer and landing page, so we can understand which channels lead to sign-ups.
We use essential cookies and local storage for authentication, security, preferences and core functionality. Optional analytics technologies are used according to product configuration and applicable consent requirements.
We rely on trusted service providers to host the website and application, store data and generated files, authenticate users, run analytics, process payments, generate and render visuals, monitor reliability and provide support.
These providers may process information only as needed to provide their services to Codraw and are expected to protect it with appropriate safeguards.
We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information to service providers, when required by law, to protect the security and integrity of Codraw, or as part of a business transaction such as a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of assets.
Visuals you generate are private to your account. Pattern book previews shown on the public gallery are created by the Codraw team, not taken from user accounts.
We keep information for as long as needed to provide Codraw, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain backups and audit records.
You can request deletion of your account and its data by contacting contact@mdedit.ai. Some information may remain for a limited period in backups, security logs, billing records, or records we are legally required to keep.
We use technical and organizational safeguards such as HTTPS, access controls, provider-side security controls and monitoring. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we work to reduce risk and respond to issues quickly.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, or to object to certain processing. You can opt out of marketing email at any time and manage cookies through your browser.

Codraw may process information in the United States and other countries where we or our providers operate. The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this policy as Codraw changes. When we make material changes we will update this page and may give additional notice in the product or by email.
